Jason Parkinson always wanted to be in the spotlight. At the age of 11, he performed in his first theatrical production, Damn Yankees, at the Fulton County Playhouse near Canton, IL. From that point on, Jason knew that entertainment would always be a big part of his life.

Jason graduated from Illinois State University in 2005 with a degree in Mass Communication and a minor in Theatre.

Fast forward to present day where Jason now works full time in the Entertainment industry as the President of DJ4U Corp. and Program Director of Power 92.3 (WZPW) in Peoria, IL. Jason has been working his way up the career ladder in the world of entertainment radio for the past 11 years and his voice has been heard on over 10 radio stations in the midwest to date.

In his lifetime, Jason has been involved in over 40 theatrical productions and has won numerous awards for his acting talent and broadcasting ability, including several Silver Dome awards from the Illinois Broadcasters Association for his work in radio and television.

Jason founded DJ4U Mobile Entertainment in 1998 and has been working ever since to maintain quality entertainment for EVERY client!

John Parkinson has always worked hard to achieve success in everything he does, and the dedication to DJ4U Corp. is no different. John joined the team in 2000 as a Lead Entertainer and has worked his way up to Vice President of the company.

John is attending Western Illinois University in Macomb and the Quad Cities and travels all over the state every weekend to perform at wedding receptions and corporate events.

John not only works hard leading the DJ4U team, but also finds time to be involved in several student and civil organizations dedicated to improving the community.

Tracy Battaglia joins the DJ4U team as our Director of First Impressions. When you contact DJ4U to discuss our packages, or if you have questions about the services we offer, Tracy is the first person you'll speak with. She knows this company like the back of her hand and is ready for any question you may have

Tracy has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Illinois State University with a concentration in Photography. Tracy not only knows the wedding industry from an entertainment perspective, but she also runs a very successful photography company called Fully Alive Photography. Kylie Bahorik joins our team as an event planning consultant. Kylie is here to help you with any questions you may have about the planning and execution of the entertainment at your party or reception. While we know that planning a reception can be difficult, Kylie is a pro at providing advice on more than just the music. Matthew Swaney is a Lead Entertainer / DJ and joins our team with an extensive background in the entertainment business. Matt has been heard on radio stations all over Central Illinois, and most recently on BOB-FM in Bloomington.

Matt not only loves to play music from every genre, but also has a perfect knack for reading a crowd. He does an amazing job of knowing exactly what song to play next to keep people dancing all night long.

Matt has been with DJ4U since 2004 and continues to impress our clients with his amazing music skills, professionalism, and his ability to go above and beyond for each of our clients.

Joe Valentin has a knack for making people laugh! This skill has led to him being one of our most raved about entertainers. Joe is currently a student at Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL and loves a crowd of people.

Joe joined the DJ4U crew in 2007 as an assistant and has worked his way up to being one of our best Lead Entertainers / DJs. Joe always does a great job at playing requests and teaching interactive dances to the crowd.

Lawrence (LD) Smick started with DJ4U as an event assistant and has climbed the ladder of success to become one of our most requested Lead Entertainers for club events and wedding receptions.

LD is skilled in reading a crowd and getting people involved with Interactive dances. As the Lead DJ at Stone Country Dance Club in Bartonville since 2008, LD has the knowledge and skills necessary to keep a dance floor packed all night long!

LD has been with DJ4U since 2002 and has been key in helping grow the company to what it is today.

Sean Kelly joins the team as a Lead Entertainer and brings years of entertainment experience to our staff. Sean currently works in radio for Lite Rock 107 (WSWT) in Peoria, IL as their Mid-Day host and entertains for DJ4U on the weekends.

You may hear Sean's voice on more than just the radio, as he is also involved with music and announcements for the Peoria Rivermen hockey team.

Sean is a fan of all types of music and events, but prefers to entertain at wedding receptions. He is always working hard to make sure the day is perfect for each couple he performs for.

Tim Herink has been with DJ4U since 2008, but has wanted to work for us since he was in Middle School! After seeing the amazing experience we provide for our school dance clients, Tim couldn't wait to get involved with DJ4U when he was old enough. Starting as an intern in 2008, Tim is now an official employee of DJ4U and acts as an assistant to our Lead Entertainers. You may see Tim all over the state helping out with school dances, corporate parties and wedding receptions.

Joe Herink joined the DJ4U crew in 2008 as an intern and now is an assistant to our Lead Entertainers. You may recognize Joe, as his triplet brother, Tim, is also a part of our team. Most weekends, Joe is working to impress our school dance customers, but occasionally you'll see Joe at a corporate event or wedding reception. Joe is a valuable member of the DJ4U staff and is always ready to go the extra mile for our clients.

Bryan is the newest addition to the DJ4U staff, joining our team as an assistant to our Lead Entertainers in 2010. Bryan is working hard and learning the skills necessary to grow his involvement with DJ4U. Bryan knows the passion our entertainers put into each event and the successful DJ4U parties he has attended is what made him interested in pursuing a career with us. Bryan can be seen assisting at wedding receptions and school events throughout the midwest.

Josh Wages has been with DJ4U since 2001 and has worked in nearly every area of the company. Josh has spent most of his career as a Lead DJ with the company, but recently has taken a position with the Canton Police Department. Josh still provides DJ4U with his expertise and knowledge of entertainment as an outside consultant.
